Dan first told Liz he loved her during a visit to the Jefferson Memorial. They walked from his apartment to look at the cherry blossoms surrounding the Tidal Basin. Because of this, we decided on a romantic sunrise DC engagement session at the Jefferson Memorial, complete with lots of laughs and sweet moments.
